- DZSP 21 is a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware specifically for the purposes of performing the Base Operations Support (BOS) services contract.
- We are headquartered at Naval Base Guam.
- We provide products and services at eight locations on Guam (Naval Base Apra Harbor, Naval Base Munitions Site, Naval Hospital, Naval Base Telecommunications Site, Naval Base Barrigada, Nimitz Hill, Santa Rita Navy Complex, and Andersen Air Force Base) to all military branches including the Guam Guard.

We exist to serve our customers and through our efforts, to uphold our client’s commitment to provide U.S. and coalition forces the most effective logistics, operations and training support in the Western Pacific; and provide the highest quality of life for our service members and their families.
