Clearing cache with the Edge browser
1.) Click the ellipsis on the upper right. Then click History.
2.) Click the Trashcan icon.
3.) Make sure time range is All time. Check Cookies and Cached images then click Clear Now.
4.) Close all the instances of this browser and open a new one..
Clearing cache with the Chrome browser
1.) Click the ellipsis on the upper right. Then click History.
2.) On the left side, click Delete browsing data.
3.) Choose Time Range as All time Check mark 4 options below. Then click Delete Data.
4.) Close all the instances of this browser and open a new one..
